Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa - NO SERVICE

I have written a review before, just to inform you, that nothing has changed. I follow-up every month on my case that was lodged in Dec 2018. It really sounds like a broken record, must be a script they work with that goes like this...Mam I see your case has been escalated to XYZ and is in our queue, I will however escalate this now to my manager XYZ. This has been the case since Dec 2018!! This is really shocking, nobody gets back to you, not even their Directors. There is just no communication from their side, what an absolute waist of our time.
