Motor Industry Ombudsman are Useless, ************* and breach of trust- Ref: Subuaru 338806

On the 19th December 2016 , I bought a Car (Subaru Legacy) from a A1 Supreme Auto Dealership in Pretoria North. The Car broke down on the 22 December 2016, like only 4 days after purchasing the car. I towed to the dealership, spoke to the Manager, John, who told me that he sold the car to me Voetstoot, I must fix it myself. I lodged a complaint with the Motor Industry Ombudsman of SA (MIOSA) in January 2017. Right now in May 2017, the Motor Industry Ombudsman rep**** to my complaint and told me that I bought the car as Voetstoot on the invoice so they cant help, so they ruled against me in favour of the A1 Supreme Auto Dealership.

I am flabagasted and shocked, by this decision, because Ombudsman never considered Consumer Protection Law (CPA Law) in their Ruling. They never considered my facts that the Dealership sold me a car that does not fit purpose. MIOSA dont think about Consumers, they only choose to please industry or dealerships. They are in co-hoots with the dealership one way or another.

Their free service is useless and for nothing.

They are ************* and are in breach of trust.
