There should be a minus stars option!!

I want to just say that we are UTTERLY disgusted in the service of MIOS - TILL today not ONE of you, Prudence, Kevin Brandt who is supposed to be the senior case manager or even for that matter Customer Care Manager - Sumaiya Suleman have come back to us. What is the use of MIOS?? IF the phones worked one could maybe speak to someone - emails only gets responded to by the admin staff and all they say is we have a backlog waiting patiently........SERIOUSLY it has been MONTHS!!!!!

We are Utterly Disgusted with the Service of Ford Constantia in Roodepoort and for that matter with Ford Head Office for NOT knowing what is happening at that branch. That it is even open and functioning is amazing. YOU guys at the MIOS MUST know about the incompetence. I am NOT the first person to complain - there are many many complaints on Hello Peter and everywhere this should be addressed to Ford SA and they must sort their Constantia branch out!! What happened to the Customer Consumer ACT??

Also the Motor Industry Ombudsman are surely aware of what's happening at Action Ford Roodepoort Constantia Branch. The branch has received information from the Ombudsman, but TODAY NOBODY from the MIOS even sent us anything, all they say is everything is so backed up it is insane.

Against our will we paid the outstanding 28k yesterday just so we could fetch our vehicle that has been there for over a year and a half and being sick and tired of the incompetence. We DEMAND assistance in this regard and FULL refund from Ford SA - then YOU guys can deal with that *********** people you have appointed there, claim money back off them or whatever you feel fit. They should not be working there.......there are ***0 of people in the country without jobs that can run that workshop for you. I am also VERY VERY sure that I am NOT the first customer to complain about THIS specific workshop.

WHY is MIOS not taking Action? If they are not standing up for customer RIGHTS where do one go??
