Motor dispute

This people are suppose to be helping with all car issues with supplies but after months of waiting and at the end I was told they can't sort my issue because the supplier is not responding like really so what happens if the supplier is not responding don't you guys have the mandate and right to panelist them so they just walk scotch free now I must start afresh and log another complain with another body after wasting my time for almost 6 months.
