MOISA NOT EFFECTIVE

I submitted my complaint application on the 9 July 2018. They sent email to Auto World Goodwood, company I was complaining about. After numerous phone calls to dealership and ombudsmen , the complaint has still not been resolved.

I have been patient but losing all faith in MOISA.

Please help.
