MIOSA - total waste of time and effort - don't even bother!!!

Unfortunately, I didn't have much faith in a positive outcome from MIOSA in the case I lodged and was vindicated by their delayed response of finding in favour of Toyota SA. It was clearly evident that they did not objectively apply their mind to the merits of the case and concurred with the respondents allegations, many of which deflected from their ethical obligations. Sadly, the Rating is very accurate and their Annual Report is not a true reflection of their efficacy. Yet again, MIOSA fails the man in the street and sides with Big Business!
