MIOSA Shocking service

Shocking service from MOISA! Lodged a complaint against ************ mechanic who tried to swindle me out of my car on 16 November 2020. Constant follow up with MIOSA who finally responded 6 months later with a recommendation that mechanic acted in my best interests. I'm a single mother who has had no car for 6 months as mechanic won't release until I pay a further R21k after my initial payment of R25k and I get back a car in worse condition than when I drove it there. Am horrified that an industry body is so *********** and definitely sides with their friends in the Motor Industry. I will be making contact with a journalist as this needs to be shared with the public
