Miosa not there to assist just to laugh in your face

1st email they respond quite quick after that you will not hear from them, the workshop i complained about got to see what I wrote about but for me till they dismissed my case they haven't even told me what the owner of the workshop rep**** to them, they had all the proof that the man was a ***** but they chose to do nothing saying I should have complained to them before taking the car to someone else. So I was supposed to wait on the N2 and complain to them while waiting for them. Totally unfair. Paul du Preez workshop in Strand ripped me off R37000 and I still dont have a car to drive.
