MIOSA - not effective, useless purpose

Experienced difficulty with raceview motors and lodged a claim with the Ombud that is supposed to regulate the motor industry. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME! A year later (and after selling the vehicle) they come back to say they cannot help me because I have sold the vehicle. Was i supposed to sit with the problem for a year?? they have no teeth and are inefficient. If you have a vehicle issue, rather approach a court the ombud is useless and a waste of time.
