MIOSA - no consumer protector or ombudsman

Useless and not worth the effort. They tag you along and only help the workshop/dealer play for time as you have to wait with legal action until their “ruling”No feedback unless you phone them. Ref 374284. And the ruling after 9 months? We have no authority to enforce or further investigate - go legal. Definitely not any benefit to the consumer. Don’t waste your time with them they are an eye-blind for workshop and dealer protection against unhappy consumers acting immediately.
