MIOSA - most useless concept of an organisation that has been dreamt up by the ANC.

This is the most useless organisation. The only time that they communicate is when they want annual fees. They are protected by the government, having promulgated that all participants in the motor industry must subscribe. their constitution says that they are not partisan, but they do not even reply when I ask for assistance in situations where they would take up the flag for a client; I have been writing to them for years about clients who still have my goods I will no longer pay fees for what I do not use : if my clients are unhappy, my business will die. Let the user pay : this principle has been good for centuries. the MIOSA concept is self-perpetuating, as people who do not even have any cause to complain - except that they might feel that they have paid too much to have their vehicle repaired (who doesn't ?) - make a case with MIOSA. If they were not there, client/service-provider dynamics would prevail. We all pay, but we have not even any say in where they put their luxurious offices or what they pay their staff to ignore any correspondence.
