Miosa kills the existence of a small business and is a total *******!

Miosa - ombudsman of SA is a complete ******* to small businesses that kills a small business owner and who can not deliver a service to its member. Out of the blue during lockdown, we received a statement demanding payment outstanding since 2015 however we have not even started since 2017. We queried the huge amount to be paid and we can not get answers on what this is all about other than codes being emailed which does not make any sense. Being a government regulated body and what they promise on service to the NCC is a complete lie. It is a very secretive body who can not give any information and the service is useless. Wish there can be more small business owners to make the NCC aware of this ********* and dishonest body! To date we still can not get anyone to assist - after two years! A complete killer to the small business industry.
