MIOSA is useless - stay away!

I have a dispute with Inspectacar regarding spare keys for my car as well as false advertising. MIOSA ruled against me (surprise, surprise!). In their letter to me they state that I have signed an offer to purchase with the dealership, where it says the car does not have a spare key, and also say they are attaching said document.<br> Needless to say there is no offer to purchase attached to their emails. Two more emails and a phone call later, I have still not received this document. In the meantime, it is case closed, as per MIOSA.<br> I am suspecting there is no such document (can't recall ever signing an offer to purchase), and I am of the opinion these people are in the pockets of the motor industry. <br> My advice - don't even waste your time with MIOSA, as they are a useless bunch. Rather get a lawyer.
