I must express the waste that's the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa. <br> <br> MOISA is poorly managed, under-resourced and I am of the view collide with dealerships.<br> I lodged a complain in 2013 April for a company car which we purchased. From Cartique Randburg, the dealership admitted upon taking delivery of the vehicle that they dont have/cant obtain a roadworthy certificate which puzzled me how they can sell a car without a certificate. Upon returning the car 3 days as I noticed faults on the car, they told me I have to pay for the items which roadworthy deemed faulty. I then took the car to BMW for a full assessment, BMW Bryanston said I must return this car to the dealership as the faults amount to thousands of rands. Cartique said they will not take the car back, that is when i approached MIOSA, 2 years later MIOSA responds with 1 email asking for evidence which I had already submitted to them. A month later I receive ruling the case is being closed. They havent even checked the status of the car, roadworthy certificates or anything.<br> <br> Please don't waste your time with MIOSA, waste of time!
