MIOSA IGNORING MY EMAILS

I lodged a complaint with MIOSA In May and recieved quite a quick response on the 9th with a reference number and communication between MIOSA and the dealership. They requested that I take my car to a panelbeater and send them the report, which I did on the 18th of May 2023, submitted the report on the 18th as well and since then MIOSA has not responded to any of my follow up emails, it seems I am now left to deal with my problem by myself. This is ridiculous, as I am not getting any feedback or outcome.
