MIOSA - Government Department in collusion

In a dispute lodged with a second hand car dealer (Inspectacar) who **********ly added detail to the sale agreement, MIOSA ruled in their favour. However when I requested to see copies of correspondence between the dealer and MIOSA and an explanation for their ruling I was told no. That is ******* and I suspect that MIOSA or certain staff are colluding with the dealers. Do much for a body set up to protect consumers.
