MIOSA details

Hi, I cannot give a review properly as we have never used them. They told me that we have to pay an invoice as it is compulsory. I do not recall any form sent to us to fill out to join. Now I read all these remarks on Hellopeter. It is a bit scary that they push this onto the Motor firms. Is this even legal?
