MIOSA - Complete Joke

After a year and half of registering a complaint, resending documents and no feedback from MIOSA I contacted the Sowetan Consumer Helpline. Then the past week there was some movement, only for then you today rule against us. The car's engine packed up 6 months after we bought. This is after we took the car 3 times back to the dealership for repairs. Their ruling us despite the fact that the car is still with the dealership's mechanic. When doesn't know that there are guarantees on repairs done. They claim they 6 months period had expired but we have records to prove that soon after they claimed to have repaired it we encountered problems. What a joke this MiOSA. A lot of *******ion going on there.
