MIOSA CASE JUST PENDING FOR MONTHS

In February 2018 I bought a used 2010 Polo TDI and warning lights came. After taking back to the dealership with no solution I sent my complaint to MIOSA after 2 months of struggle they sorted out the warning lights and after 3 weeks again I experience coolant loss to which I took the car to Barons to get fixed myself which cost R10 000. 00. The problem however continued to which they picked up that the cylinder head is cracked. It will now cost me R54 000.00 to fix after which the dealership told me that I drove the car warm and caused it to crack. I mean how could anyone after on 3 weeks. The dealership also never got back to MIOSA on their email on 03/04/2018. Ever since then I have been following up for another 4 months to which MIOSA is just telling me that he case is pending. I bought the car for 150 00.00 and its costing me almost R65 00.00 to fix. I need a solution asap please I'm paying car financing including insurance of R4 500.00 for something I cannot use.
