MIOSA - A Real Joke

In February 2015 I reported a complaint to MIOSA and got a reference number, that is where it ended. In May I got feeback that Mr Lucious Bodibe who is the case manager is dealing with my vehicle related complaint. I have sent email after email and never got further feedback. Last email I sent was was to directly ask MIOSA who do I report them to? I do not expect a reply. To say the least, I cannot believe such ineptitude and is very pathetic!
