Miosa is useless. Lodged a complaint with them June 3rd 2022. I call weekly to get an update, and every time I get the same answer. "Sorry ma'am it's still in the queue or still pending." It's been 7 months and no progress. They are just adding stress to an already stressful situation. Meanwhile we've had to renew the licence disc of a vehicle we've been without for 9 month. Since the purchase a year ago, we've only had use of the vehicle for 3 months. They are extremely tardy and not very responsive.
