Mifa provident fund with they bad service

Got a seriously bad experience from they costumer service (mifa) form ladies called XOLI, LERATO MO***ENG AND NONDUDUZO requesting about my claim (provident fund) they documents state one thing and what they say in a rude tone and hanging up the phone on your phone and refusing one to talk to they supervisor. that really disrespectful coz thats the money we contribute our money to be disrespected honestly.
