Jan Bouwer

First calling motor industry ombudsman and I lended on a very rude, inhumane person, the so called Jan Bouwer. I have little respect for ombudsman today because of that specific person.

My webuycars matter is still unresolved till today I'm trying my best I can to seek help but I keep on hitting the walls like Jan Bouwer. My insurance needs an update disc so they can release payment (i understand it's my "duty" to make sure that the Disc is in order), however, how can one go to the license department is the car is under a certain individual who owned the car before, license department told yesterday that change of ownership was done on the 10th of October and I was not informed I only learned yesterday of that act. Calling ombudsman to lay a complaint torn me even more because Jan Bouwer is very dismissive person he doesn't even want to hear a person out or maybe the so cold chair his occupying in that office allows him to be that naive.

How can I do a Disc of a vehicle that is under a certain person's name while they are not even there 🤔 unless if I'm going to bribe that assistant...

Jan Bouwer not only your skin matter my dear change rudeness and dismissive behavior, you in that office to service people like me, stomach your behavior when you go to work South Africa is democratic country and I have right to lay a complaint, you made to feel so stupid coz you didn't even want to hear me out.
