is there anyone working in the Ombudsman office??

i have a case pending for more than a year. i bought a car a year ago, it cant drive since day one ( as it has gearbox faults), it has a huge oil leak. the car was bumped, i dont have number plates or a licence disk and the list goes on and on... surely this is a simple case for the ombudsman.... but after a year i have not had any movement on my case..
