*********** staff and lack of service at MIOSA

Worst Ombudsman office ever. They should close office. Lodged a complaint against a car dealership...Endi pro Auto in Randburg. Endi pro Auto sold me a defective car and i bought it cash for R75 000. The car had wiring problems/defects...drove the car to shops and upon my return when i got off to open the gate...boom, fire came from the bonnet. This is a week after the car was delivered (December 2020) to my place. Upon delivery of the car...it got stuck on the way and i gave Endi pro auto an opportunity to fix because Pieter...the owner/seller pretended to ne a good guy. I lodged a complaint with MIOSA for assistance and they responded by saying the person that I'm lodging a complaint against is not responding to their email...Endi pro Auto that is, therefore they terminating the case. I mean 10 days given to the respondent is not enough. How do you even close a case without investigating. Why do you even have inspectors? What is the reasons for the office to exist. We pay tax and it's my right as a consumer to receive services. It's been 2 years since and my case is not yet solved. So disappointed at these offices. ...All i want is my full refund as the Consumer Protection Act clearly states.
