I'm totally disgraced!

I've been waiting 7 months for my issue to be resolved and finally when I do receive a response from them, they advised me of things that are already known to me! My complaint was definitely not addressed at all! I'm so furious that the dealership can get away with selling me a damaged vehicle and you guys that are suppose to be unbiased does not even address my issue!! Absolutely disgraceful!
