Ignoring all communications the same as Toyota SA

Prove was given that my claim is still within the MIO's 3 year claim policy. They are ignoring the letter of prove forwarded that this was dragged out by Toyota SA, Automark and themselves now for more than 10 years. The Attorney letter confirms that it is still with in the 3 years. I was also threatened, if taking this public I will be taken legal steps against.
