I am unable to sell or buy a car

I lodged a complaint in May or June 2015. My Case Number is 330732. I confirm that to date I have not yet recieved any feedback. I have sent through numeruous emails and once phoned to follow up but nothing had been done yet. My instalment keeps on increasing due to the interest rates and it is high because of the extra warranties that were added by the dealership and not paid over to the supplier i.e. Liquid Capital and others that I wanted investigated. Now I cant even buy or sell my car before this matter is resolved. I am not sure where or what to do next as this is urgent now!
