I need some assistance/Advise, I bought a Grandi10 2021 1.0 motion last year(Absa Financing),the car was driving so smoothly up until i drove a flooded road in Bishop lavis as it was at night & heavily raining & there was loadshedding for me to see the road. I phoned the insurance to take the car to Hyundai N1 City as the car is still under warranty, at Hyundai they called me to advised that the car engine has been damaged by water & to fix that would cost 85k & the warranty doesn't cover that, I then contacted the insurance & the process was going so smoothly up until they told me the claim was unsuccessful as the policy wasn't starting from the day of the incident, i mean like it took them 3 weeks only to inform me that they cannot fix my car. Each & every month i must pay Absa for the car that's sitting there due to the faulty engine which Hyundai cannot fix
