HORRIBLE SERVICE

<p>I have a case lodged with MIOSA and everytime I call or e-mail to request feedback on my case I am told to wait a couple of months and no one can say how many exactly. Worse part is I was advised at inception to use their MIOSA assessor and did so and my inspection against the dealer Car Nel Auto was passed. I sent through the report and all documents from their assessors but to this day still no luck. Worst is on 12/10/2016 at 13:42 when i called in to follow up I spoke to a Nico and he was VERY RUDE and told me to go get a lawyer before he hung up the phone in my ear. What is one to do now? What is the purpose of MIOSA if they ill treat people. I am very disturbed by their service and lack of professionalism.</p>
