GREAT JOB DONE BY THE MOTOR INDUSTRY OUMBUDSMAN AND POOR SERVICE/INCOPETENCE OF LIONEL MOTORS RUSTENBURG

I had a case with Lionel Motors in Rustenburg for about two years whereby my 2015 Nissan X-trail was making a squeaky noise on the front right side. I was send from pillar to post by Lionel Motors and Nissan SA changing the strut every second month with no luck. I was surprised and worried to say if they cannot fix their own car then who will. I eventually reported the issue to the Ombudsman. They were instructed to fix the car and give report of which they did. I would not recommend Lionel Motors Rustenburg or even Nissan SA to anyone. Please stay away from them if you need to be happy in life. I would like to commend the Ombudsman of the motor Industry for the help. Please keep up the good work.
