F&I theft

Law has allowed the retail industry to ***** money from the public through the F&i process. You get ****** on the finance rate because dealers get a kickback I recently paid R5000 delivery fee... for what?? I was forced into a year extra warranty at way over R20k. For what?! The car had 6000km on it It's mothing short of theft in my opinion
