Factory fault issues I'm experiencing

Factory fault issues but dealer won't take the car back and it's insured for Factory fault I'm having an issue here I bought my Mahindra bolero maxi truck on the 29th of may 2023 it's only been 9months with the car But the car is giving me faults with a weird knocking sound on the suspension took the car in Technicians called and said that they see my exhaust is bent how I don't know I asked is it owner negligence or what they said no they don't even see the cause they will speak to warranty and they sort it out They called again and said that they modified the exhaust but the knocking sound is still there They tried tightening the spring leaves and stabilizers it went mute for only 2hours and it came back They ended up greasing the whole suspension it's quiet now Then as driving few days later from the dealer the radiator is leaking mind you this car was bought with only 50km that's brand new it's now on 20 000kilos but it's giving me faults and not the same fault but different faults I called in with Mahindra SA and BB motors all they said is that the car is covered under warranty any faults they will repair But I ask myself how cause that car has FACTORY FAULT WARRANTY UP TO 100 000KILOS but I'm told they can't take my car back I need assistance the car was bought in BB motors Mahindra tzaneen I called my sales man to explain to him he said I need to go to the dealership and tell them my problems and also tell them I want another car due to the faults but it seems im speaking to a empty tin Regards
