Extremely Disappointed

MIOSA has been completely useless in handling my complaint regarding Kashief. Despite reaching out for help, I received no guidance, no support, and no resolution. It’s clear they do not take consumer complaints seriously and fail entirely in their role as a mediator.

I strongly advise anyone expecting real assistance to look elsewhere—MIOSA is nothing more than a disappointment.
