Expensive broken car
4 years ago i bought a bank financed vehicle for R310 K. On the day i took possesion of said vehicle, the car broke down 1 km from the dealership.
The salesman gave me a borrowed car from their lot, and said it will take a week to have it fixed.
A week later, our car was "fixed". 4 months later, car started jerking. The owner of the car dealership refused to come to the party, so i involved MIOSA.
The dealership owner then agreed to "fix" the car. After a month or 2, the car would go into drivemode error. This went on for a while. The car went back to the dealership to get fixed, but not long, the problem would resurface.
After been back and forth 7 times, Miosa sent me a closing letter to sign, whether I'm happy with the car. It was going on for 3 months with no hic ups, and i was convinced the car was fixed, so i signed.
As murphy's law wants it, 2 months later, back again. Same problem. I contacted Miosa, and they told me that my 6 months expired????
What i don't get is, the same problem I'm experiencing now, is the very same problem from the word go. In the 4 years, i added just over 10000 km to my odometer. Sad Miosa, sad
