Do away With the Motor Industry Ombudsman

The MIO should be shut down. It serves no purpose. When an office set up to resolve issues within the industry just doesnt bother to even reply to questions, complaints everything what is the idea? To create the impression that the industry cares when it doesn't? Law makers should take note the Motor industry would probably do with dedicated courts rather than this impotent office
