Dismissing a car case

On the 13/02/2015 I've sent them completed and signed form including the necessary documents regarding my car case with Graystone Auto, and they never came back to me after attempts to get a feed back from them. up until i reported the whole story to Hallo Peter and now they sent me an email today claiming that i never sent them the form so the case has been dismissed.<br> <br> and my ref. no with them is 327765
