Delays in complaint process supporting rotten dealership

<p>We lodged a complaint very early this year and to date nothing has happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>Rotten dealer, Right Cars, did not respond in time and we believe that MIO unfairly allowed them close to 6 months to respond to our complaint.
