Dont bother wasting your time going to these clowns. Takes months and months and in the end they dont bother properly reviewing what you send and will always side in favour of the dealership who *****ed you in the first place. Complete disgrace and just as ******* as the people they are "protecting" you from. An insult to consumers who give their hard earned money to companies who treat them like a joke with no consequence.
