Compliment on Service Received

I have to be honest saying that upto this far I have only received good service from the Ombudsman SA. It wasn't even a week after brought to their attention that I bought a brand new car and was struggling to get it fixed as some part on the car just miraculously decided to brake, they acted very quick as I have all the facts and told them all I want out of this dispute was for my car to get fixed. They gave the dealership 10 days to respond or get a heavy fine of R1 million. I really thank you for your quick response and your assistance in my matter. I still don't have my car fixed but this just prove to you that I am not at all complaining about nothing. Big Compliments to you for acting so quickly.
