COMPLAINT UNSOLVED

<p>I submitted a complaint against a dealer. MIOSA ruled in my favour. The dealer appealed the ruling but MIOSA remained constant with their ruling. The dealer appealed again and MIOSA drew back his ruling to reconsider, without any new evidence.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even today I'm still in the dark about the issue and it is almost a year now with problem unsolved.</p>
