complaint over a year old

I purchased my vehicle on finance with std bank in December 2017, on the 16 February 2018 I sent my complaint to the ombudsman as the ﹰR100 000 vehicle is not running. the dealer tried to fix it 5 times and eventually told me to go to the ombudsman as he won't take the vehicle back. I have been paying my installment and insurance for over a year as my complaint is still with the ombudsman. in that time the dealer principal passed away and the dealership was closed by the owner of the CC. I can not get his details even through past employees who have told me he will not let me have his details. I don't have resources for a lawyer and have paid over R40000 in the last year, my vehicle will not drive over 20km/h and breaks down everywhere, I am also not able to finance a new vehicle as the bank will not help me until the ombudsman has made a ruling. I want my money back and the contract cancelled with std bank who can I talk to. I am in financial problems due to having to pay for lifts, towing, almost lost my job due to no transport please can someone help, my family is breaking apart!?
