Closed my case with no permission

I submitted a complaint in against Renault Bryanston and got a case number and requested to submit more proof of my case so I did and after sending emails non stop on where my case is standing no one ever answered me back, I kept calling and told that someone will call me with no avail.. Then I receive a email that says that theu closed my case due to non correspondence.. I MEAN SERIOUSLY. WHAT THE HELL??? WHAT HAPPENED TO MU CASE AGAINST RENAULT BRYANSTON AND ALL MY PROOF
