Case pending 24 MONTHS later with no feedback or resolution!!!

26 Nov 2019, 23:18 (initial complaint): Case pending 17 months later with no feedback or resolution!!! I lodged a complaint with MIOSA on 6 July 2018, a response was received that included case number: 350645. On 26 July 2018, a letter was sent to the Complainee informing them of the complaint and requesting feedback within 10 days. I have not had any feedback to date from MIOSA on the progress of this case, despite the numerous emails and calls. Upon assessing the number of pending complaints made on this website alone, it is quite obvious that Complainees are not taking any of these complaints seriously, and will continue to take advantage of Consumers as they are well aware of MIOSA's lengthy processes and years of backlog! When will my case be resolved MIOSA??

05 June 2020, 16:35 (yet another complaint): MIOSA contacted the dealer in January 2020 after the above complaint was lodged, but i am still awaiting the outcome of the apparent decision that was supposed to be made in January 2020. I have not heard anything since!!! With all the evidence i have provided, and with being in the Legal, Governance and Compliance industry, i would say that the decision should be PRETTY STRAIGHT FORWARD and would definitely not take 24 months to make!!
