Case pending 17 months later with no feedback or resolution!!!

I lodged a complaint with MIOSA on 6 July 2018, a response was received that included case number: 350645. On 26 July 2018, a letter was sent to the Complainee informing them of the complaint and requesting feedback within 10 days. I have not had any feedback to date from MIOSA on the progress of this case, despite the numerous emails and calls. Upon assessing the number of pending complaints made on this website alone, it is quite obvious that Complainees are not taking any of these complaints seriously, and will continue to take advantage of Consumers as they are well aware of MIOSA's lengthy processes and years of backlog! When will my case be resolved MIOSA??
