Carfin/miosa

Somehow as a consumer I feel let down by miosa regarding case Nr. 383589 as their verdict favored Carfin whom I bought a car from them. Carfin sold me a car with lot of defects of which they claimed cosmetic what what. Which I took them to miosa & they agreed to fix the car of which to this day they haven't. I had to pop out R30K out of my pocket to fix it. I have send miosa proof of defects of the car, I even recently took car for 1st service at VW & they discovered the car was in an accident & had accident impact. Since my case with carfin I haven't heard from them. Just few weeks ago the engine *****/bolt was about to fall as the car didn't want to start. Since I bought the car from carfin I've been experiencing problems on problems. My advice to others is not to buy car from carfin as they'll sell you damage car.
