Car Time N1 City **** complaint

I submitted a complaint regarding Cartime N1 City. Point 1 this dealership **** to me and said they were RMI approved. I serviced my car under the impression that this was an RMI approved dealership. From the onset they never shared a service quote that I initially asked for before the service commenced. They have later on performed an incomplete major service and sent a big quotation claiming that the rest of the major service items arent included. Later on they messed up my handbreak, sensors and a couple warning lights appeared shortly after the service.

I went back to ask what was the issue. My vehicle did not have those issues. They could not assist as well. I reported the matter to RMI. I have then found out I was ****med by Cartime N1 city. They are not RMI approved.

This is my last complaint here as MIOSA hasn't responded to my complaints. I will have to take further legal actions.
