Can't be bothered

After being referred by the National Consumers Commission to MIOSA, on the 04/10/2015, I only received even worse service. On 04/10/2015 i forwarded a letter via e-mail to Mr Lucious Bodibe, at ********** regarding my complaint against Mnani Implements. No answer was forthcoming, and after numerous attempts to contact MIOSA telephonically ( the answering machine always picked up the phone, advising you to phone during office hours!! when it was office hours). However after about 5 days and at least 10 attemps, the phone was answered. After a brief description of the dilemma, I was interrupted and was asked for my -e-mail address, to which an official complaint form was sent.

I then received an official case number, 331620. I never heard anything back. The forms were duly filled out, and were send back electronically, together with other relevant documentation and all correspondence. Dates: 15/10/2015, 22/12/2015, 26/01/2016 and at last faxxed through and againe-mailed to ********** on 27/01/2016.

Needless to say.....no response up to date.

Is this how we are treated by the very people who are supposed to protect the consumer?
