Biased From the Motor Industry Ombudsman SA

It seems that the Motor Industry Ombudsman SA (MIOSA) sole purpose is to shield motor vehicle dealerships from being held accountable for their actions. Its case managers disregard evidence and the law. Findings always seem have the best outcome for the dealerships involved. When queried about said this helpline agents and supervisors do their utmost to refute claims and try to twist the plain text of the law to fit their narrative.

To all who have experienced this I urge you to lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Commission against MIOSA and, if they refuse to assist, with the office of the Public Protector.
