BAD SERVICE AT VW McCARTHY aRCADIA

I bought My Polo TSI 2018 Model at McCarthy Arcadia in Pretoria. My brake pads finish then I went to tyremart at Boskburg and request them to replace my brake pads. When they want to take out the tyres we realize that there is no lock nut to open the tyres. Since I bought the car I never change tyres or brake pads that shows that the lock nut was not allocated in the car from the on set when I bought the car. I am a woman I didn't think of checking such things when I took the car because I thought everything is in the car. Then I went to them this morning and explain my situation to the manager a white guy and he said he cannot assist me regarding my query maybe I lost the lock nut somewhere, then he referred me to the workshop manager his name is Michael. He told me that they no longer have the size of my car lock nuts the only way I must go to another VW at HATFIELD and request them to check if they can have the right size of the lock nut. Then I asked them if I can request them to change my brake pads how are they going to open the tyres because the car came without the lock nut.When I bought this car on the 20th November 2018 the tyres of the car were running flat everyday until I went to them and they changed the size because my sales person by the name Jafetta came to collect the car from my work to check the problem of the tyre for running flat everyday.What they have done they changed those tyres now I'm thinking maybe its them who lost my lock nut. when I arrive at VW at Hatfield they told me there is no such a thing that the can check the size of my lock nut the VW Arcadia workshop manager did not tel me the truth that he sent me there so that they must unlock this lock nut thing so that it can be easy to allocate the brake pads since they do not have the spanner to open it. Then I was instructed to pay R1300 to unlock this lock nut thing so that they can put new lock nut key for me. then I refused to pay that money of which I don't have such amount. Then the guy decided to unlock the it now because there is no other way and the car don't have a lock nut key. My worry now my car tyres are no longer locked and they can be ****** at anytime. I am very disappointed with VW McCARTHY Arcadia they gave me a car without a lock nut key now I have to suffer for their fault. I need them to fix this lock nut thing for me as it not safe to drive a car without lock nuts because I cannot park anywhere especially for me I am staying at the location and tyres are easily ******. I cannot pay for their fault and worse they sent me to another VW instead of the calling those people and explain my query then I have to use my petrol and drive to hatfield for their fault. they must make means I need my tyres locked with their own expense not mine.
